First Asos Purchase

So I am behind the times, ASOS is a company that seems to be filed in every ones fashion bible. Now it is in mine as I tried it out for the first time this week.

The main reason was I have dropped a clothes size and that deserves a reward. Granted it was a half price reward, but I fell in love with a pair of jeans. Not something I desperately need as I seem to have a pair for every day of the week and a few to spare. But if this makes sense I have different pairs for different occasions. I have plain blue and black jeans, skinny fit jeans in white, grey and pink. Straight cut lilac ones. A pair that have zips at the ankles, biker jeans, boyfriend cut jeans and the standard ripped jeans. That's just the pairs I can remember. However the jeans I fell in love with are patterned skinny jeans with butterflies on, so defiantly nothing like any other pairs I own.

I took a chance and ordered my skinnier size, paid the money and waited, The good thing about this site is the lack of high delivery charge if you are prepared to wait a day or two for you goods to arrive. Anyway I ordered on Friday night and they were in my hands on Tuesday, which I don't think is much of a wait anyway. Ripping the package open like a five year old at Christmas I hurriedly tried them on. They were a perfect fit, and despite families concern of having not properly broken them in, I wore them all day on Wednesday at my big outing.

What I have noticed is the grave variety of fabric in jeans, these were sturdy with out being course or raw on my skin. and are perfect for the chilly weather, although I don't think these are hot weather jeans. Not that this will put me off wearing them during the Spring, when it arrives.

Overall I was thoroughly pleased with the whole shopping experience from start to finish, and the product was of high quality. This means no doubt I will be buying a few other bits from ASOS, but probably not till nearer the summer as I need to have a serious wardrobe sort out. In the mean time I will enjoy my cheerful jeans that actually make my legs look longer  (thank you mum) and according to hubby define my boyish backside into a feminine bootie, that has to be a good thing.
